True to the principle of simplicity, we created this dish to celebrate the Italians’ love for tomatoes. A selection of the finest heirloom and cherry tomatoes grown in New Zealand laid on a bed of fresh and creamy stracciatella dressed with just flaky salt and cold pressed evoo. Nectarines, radish and microbasil are the final touch to this creation, which is, as always, semplice, unsophisticated, yet indulgent.
